There's been several points in my playthrough where a cutscene trigger is either missed, and the game just sort of hangs out for awhile, or I'm not looking in the right direction for the cutscene to land properly. The controls can be very clunky, and although there is an option to use motion controls I haven't been able to get that feature to actually work.
It feels like someone on the dev team has actually spent time working at an Amazon warehouse, and the theming and main gameplay loop feels very authentic to that experience.
